Issues with Leagues?

I've been noticing that for the past couple of weeks my League has been saying "will start when reaching 50 players" and it just keep showing the same small amount of players and nobody's points are rising. I'm already in the "Legend" league and have gotten first in it before so this is not terrible important to me. It's just a minor annoyance if nothing else. Wondering if anyone is experiencing the same.

There were some problems with leagues and some divisions got stuck.
You should be placed in a new division after your next game.

You were in a stuck division. After your next game you'll be placed in a working division.

It's put me back into a stuck division.

I'm still in a stuck division. Guess the players league is broken still...
