It seems I have reached a plateau. Any suggestions for moving past?

I analyse some of my games and tbh I don’t really know what to analyse. I mean of course I could gather tactics I miss  from the engine, but it’s hard finding them during middle games . Also I do good amount of puzzles on lichess and chess com  but it’s still hard to get that intuition.  Now a days it’s mostly rage chess.

Suggestion: have a look at your last 50 (?) slow games and have a close look at all positions were the engine went plus or minus 3 or more. Make a list of the reason of the swing. It’s quite a lot of work but a clear pattern will occur.

And stop playing rage chess.

"I analyse some of my games" ++ Analyse all your lost games.

"I don’t really know what to analyse" ++ especially your decisive mistake

"tactics I miss from the engine" ++ Look at it in depth, so you understand, do not repeat the same mistake in future games, and exploit similar mistakes by future opponents.

"it’s hard finding them during middle games"
++ Analysing your lost games helps finding such ones in your future games.

"I do good amount of puzzles"
++ Good, but overrated. 4 tactics puzzles are a good warm-up before you play, but that is about it. In a real game nobody tells you there is a tactic, or for which side.

"Now a days it’s mostly rage chess." ++ Do not do that.
