If you are using ipad, then 99% you accidentally hit the mute button on the side of the ipad which weirdly only mutes some apps. This happens all the time.
Jdcannon. My iPad doesn’t have a mute button. I’ve tried turning the volume up and down.. but nothing happens

hmm, weird. Can you contact support@chess.com? They should be able to help you work through some steps to find the issue.

Look in the control center. The bell control should not have a line through it.
hi! Does anyone know how to retrieve sound for the chess game? It’s disappeared
