Latvian Gambit

I don't play the latvian gambit , but I want to learn how to. Iknow I made a few bad mistakes in this game because of innatention. But I would like to know how to dealt with some of white's threats if he had played more accuratly.

3...Qf6!  is the critical move, you should study this line,   3...Nc6?! is refuted in several ways but i prefer to play instead of  3...Nf6,  the best move for the engine, but no dinamic compensation for black . 

There's other stuff you need to be prepared for.  For instance if I'm not mistaken there is a plan for White starting with 3.exf5 e4 4.Ne5 where he plays Be2.  The Latvian is just a good way to get into a worse position quickly.  It might however be good for bullet or blitz.
