Don't think so. You can leave your league and come back, erasing all your trophies for the leage
On another account i'm in the Legend league.. but a bit dissapointed.. No tournaments or other stuff only some blog posts ..

I left my stuck league and rejoined only to be put back in the same stuck division. I have not gained any trophies for over a week, it does not seem to be fixed.
Same here quit and rejoined and i Go back in The stuck division.. Very frustation
We want to send people on Mars, but can't even have a wealthy (wealthy: as in, can afford good staff) website run smoothly...

hopefully it’s fixed soon!! I’ve left my league several times but I keep getting put back in the stuck one and the same position with the same amount of trophies. I’m not super pressed bc I just love playing chess and the leagues are just a fun bonus but it’s def starting to get a bit frustrating.
In a stuck league. The last one I gained some trophies but then no one got anymore. This one nothings happening. Bit annoying as is nice to see tangible benefits to (albeit not such great) play.

Can I point out that the Leagues competition ended in February of last year (2022)?

There are no more prizes.
There is nothing going on in the Legend Club.
There really is little point that I can see in worrying about League progress.

Personally, i think league feature is kinda "giving hope" of rewards to players, and some members joined chess.com instead of other platforms, one of the reasons, is because of this feature
Hopefully chess.com may consider giving some minor (if not major) prizes for those winning the league every week, it doesn't have to be too much as a reward, but still appreciating those joining this platform, as my suggestion.
I've been stuck in silver for what seems like forever, I just wanna get to crystal already.

exactly what I'm saying its not really worth the grind but it does give bragging rights :-)

You haven't played any games since November of last year. You can't promote if you don't play games
