Eventually, yes. Maybe there will be even higher leagues until then. „Real legends league“?

Yeah. It all feels inconsequential though. Competition only works if there's winners and losers. Don't think I'll be bothering to put effort towards promotion now.

With the number of new members every day, it's unlikely. If it it were possible, it would eventually get to a point where there would be one Champion division with only 49 playerd which never could promote. I think that's unlikely as well.

I do think that is correct but it would be better off without as we need winners and losers.
