Checks captures attacks always look for those

They aren't always good moves but look for them anyway

Always ask yourself what does my opponents move do is there a threat,does it attack a peice or threaten my king(so on) ,what does my opponents move allow me to do ? Does it allow me to take the piece does it open up any lines does it weaken my king etc

And try to find any tactics if there are some sometimes it is best to wait "no plan is better than a bad plan you want your opponent to do that "

Of course a plan is better than no plan at all though just avoid the bad ones

Make sure to practice board vision that is super important

I don t usually ask for help but here-go s... Some1 tell me why delaying an exchange might be an advantage or disadvantage?

Because you have time to develope/attack

It can be a disadvantage tho
