Thinking you mean 1. e4 c5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. Bb5, 

the main reply 3...g6 was played in the Fischer-Spassky 1992 match. Maybe some analysis or book available. Also recent Anand-Kasparov St. Louis blitz and Wang Hao-Gelfand World Cup round 2 tiebreaker. Might be videos. For world cup check out Georgia Chess on YouTube.

For ...e6, Anand-Gelfand world championship match had a few games. Maybe a write up on those games available.

I usually play ...d6, hoping to transpose to Canal variation. There is a video of Carlsen-Akopian world blitz championship 2015. Might also be video of recent women's world championship game Harika-Zhongyi.
