You expect them to immediately take down a call girl account the second it’s created? But anyway. The call girl thing is clearly just a scam and the “predators” thing is on every site, no matter how small or big they are. Don’t bother complaining about them because they’re all not really huge threats.

I don't have issues with affa they are normal popup adds maybe don't search up inappropriate stuff (I also get rid of most but not all tracking cookies )

The call-girl spam could easily be eliminated by requiring accounts created at Indian geolocations to play 50 games before being permitted to chat in the forums.

That wouldn't stop it. A 50 game requirement for all new accounts might eliminate a lot of it but it would also turn off some number of regular members as well who would likely just leave the site.
