His link redirects to https://lczero.org/networks which I think is legitimate. The bizarre link is just there for somebody to earn money per click, no threats I guess, just bad manners...

Does anyone know the approximate rating of the online Leela at  play.lczero.org.  I have drawn a couple of times and had a won position.  But before I got cocky, I put the game in stockfish (version 6) and it pointed out many mistakes Leela and I made.
