Lesson questions

Obviously, when going through the lessons you should start with the Beginner and Intermediate lessons in the Study Guide section. But the Study Guide section goes all the way to Master.
Should all of the lessons in the Study Guide section be completed before going on to the other lessons? Or is there a better order that should be followed?
Also, what do you do when you compete all the lessons? I'm going through ten a day. At that rate, in a little over a year I'll have gone through every available lesson. Should I reset the lessons and start over? Or what?
Finally, is Chess.com adding more lessons?
