sometimes it dont show move your opponent played eternity ago while there clock moving on my screen in my games where we both have same time suddenly opponent stop moving to find they have moved long ago and suddenly your time reduced from >10min to few second(clock time exchanged) to lose winning positions and i have no connection problems on time better play on chesscom or other sites
