Since this continually seems to be lost on so many. It is an internet site. They can do what they want. They do not need to give you a reason. The only "right" or more precisely "privilege" you have is to be able to go to the site.
Everything u said is correct/ until u factor in the fact that they beg for donations every year. By doing this it means people should a right to voice their opinions, as they are, in effect, by giving money/ have a "membership" of sorts...

forums , less restrictions on posting vids is great as lichess can say no youve exceeded your limit ,for 24 hours , 5 vids , even though youve only posted 1 and keep getting the same message for a week , a glitch i think in their algorithm
i have not come across this moderator you mention at lichess but yes one bad moderator can damage a site that is for sure
lichess ticks the simuls box tho and i like its ethos of free chess as subscription isnt something i can afford , but i get all i need at cc as a non subscriber generally
