Live Chess is not working right.

There are 3 categories of Live Chess games. The starting rating for EACH category is 1200.
So, clearly you are thinking about one category while playing in another. Hence, the confusion.

Furthermore, I just got kicked out of a tournament in progress. My Norton security asked me if this was a trusted network. What's going on? This is the second time I've had problems with Live Tournaments.
The Help/Support link needs to be more "user friendly". All that CAPTCHA/url stuff is too complex for an old duffer like me. In short, chess.com is making it VERY hard for me to complain or much less COMMUNICATE my problems. So, I am forced to use the Forums (in frustration) like many others.
This site provides 6 (or more) 'ratings'. Three are for Live Chess (bullet, blitz & standard). One's for online regular, one's for online Chess 960. Then there's the training rating. Probably other ones, too.

ps. Your live chess 'bullet' rating is the only one I see that is at 1200 at present. that's live chess games of 2/1 or faster. Points gained or lost at first will be 'bizarre' during rating adjustments towards an 'established' rating.
I have been kicked out of playing with random players because I have been aborting a game I don't really want to play. Once I have sent out a reuest for an opponent, I have no other way of getting out of playing an opponent who is rated much to high or much to low for me without aborting the game prior to starting the game. I have asked the site for advice more than once but have not received an answer to my plight. All I can do is request a game, and abort as necessary because I do not have a "challange" tab.
