I have long time problem with playing live chess, I lose many points due to poor internet connection in our country. The connection is unpredictable, sometimes it's stable when suddenly I am disconnected in the middle of my game and worst I am winning the game and when I am reconnected I already lose on time. This happened for many, many times in my live games even in 30 minutes time control I should have reached more than 2000 long ago. And worst Chess.com warned me of intentionally abandoned my game by disconnecting when it's not my fault but the poor connection in my intenet access here. I fear that I might be expelled from Chess.com or ban me from playing for life. I am a long time correspondence chess player before playing chess by mail and played all my games to the finish! I never had forfeited any postal game how much more in live chess. How can I obtain justice to the many games I lose to live chess due to poor connection and even maligned my name for intentionally abandoned my game?
Live chess will not load. Is there a problem with chess.com or my computer?
