Can somebody please assist me with this problem? I have tried the help chat (no luck), and submitting a help form (no response). I have always logged in via my Facebook account, but wish to now simply sign in via the chess.com homepage. The problem is that I never established a password for the chess.com homepage and cannot remember what email address I used to make my account some years ago. I must have abandoned that email account because it is not any of the ones I use today. So...what to do? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller? Bueller? Thanks.
