I don't have 1200 or 1700 rating but I can beat higher ratings like 2000s

probaly play pawn e4 or pawn g3 or pawn d4 those are great moves develop ur knights bishops castle

I'm kinda in that range if you wanna play I suggest queens gambit opening it works for me
