Looking for a mate with a pawn

Hello brothers and sisters.

I'm an elementary school chess teacher in Israel, using chess as a tool to deliver deep educational messages about life. Next week's lesson I wanna use to talk about the importance of any human being in the fabric of creation, even those who sometimes seems to us as transparent.

I would like to know about a match where mate was achieved by a pawn (It's OK if the opponent retired one step before it actually happened) and it will be even better if a strong piece was sacrificed for that purpose.

A tricky mate with pawns, but i think this is a bit controversial imo as u dont know the pawns can be en passened

I have seen some mates by pawns but i cant remember, I will comment here again if i remember some other ones

Here, in this made-up game, the queen commits suicide to deliver checkmate by a pawn.

This is a daily game that ended with a pawn mate. I was black.

Hey Damon - Open your game, toward the bottom in the middle there is a "download" symbol, click on it. This opens the PGN game file. Move cursor into and copy file. Close the download box. Come to this posting page and click the chess board. A box opens, select "load PGN", place your cursor in the PGN box and paste your copied file. Load the file by clicking insert, and here you are - your game . . .
