Sure, looking at your recent games it looks like you need to work on capitalizing on your opponent's errors and making sure that you don't hang pieces yourself. It looks a lot like you are trying to attack your opponent without thinking about what they want to do in the position. If I were you I would try to spend time each day practicing puzzles and tactics. I also can see that you are limiting yourself to just e.4, and then just either doing Kf3 or Kc3. This is fine but I would suggest other openings such as the London System, the Queen's Gambit or the Ruy Lopez. Or you could continue playing e.4 then Kf3 or Kc3 and then you could either learn theory from the Italian game or the Vienna. Once you get to higher levels I would suggest openings such as the Catalan, the Kings Gambit or the Sicilian. Every opening that you want to learn you should watch videos on them and practice them either on bots or just other players. It takes time to learn a new opening but once you do it will really improve your game.
If you follow some of this advice I believe that you will see improvement soon enough. Good Luck!
