I looked at your game vs ZionPureHeart and noticed a couple of mistakes in the opening

6. Qf3   not a good idea to bring your queen out early in the opening--develop your minor pieces first.

7. e5   This is also important.  Do not move a pawn twice in the opening unless you have a very good reason. In this case you lost ground when your opponent attacked your over extended pawn with d6.

If you remember these 2 rules -- your rating will soon rise by about 40 to 50 points...

Also if you really  want to learn -- stop playing fast games. Give yourself at least 15 minutes per game.

You can get a lot better if you learn from your mistakes.

I looked at  your game vs tnsatilh [spell?]

9. Ng5  avoid moving a piece twice in the opening without a very good reason

10. Be2  again avoid moving a piece twice in the opening without a very good reason.

13. Nh3  Your knight has no scope there. 13. Nf3 would have been better.

If you remember these 2 rules your rating will go up about 70 points

Do not move a piece twice in the opening without a very good reason.
