LOSING 23 ELO TO A HACKER

WELL RIP 1700 ELO FOR BLITZ.

I was hoping to become 1700 elo for blitz today and final leave it to rest. starting on 1690, I unluckily lost a few games and got down to 1671 which wasn’t a big deal. I queue an opponent who is 1498 which is annoying considering I lose 12 elo but I play on. Little did I know that this guy was going to absolutely destroy me. I looked over at his move timings and saw 1 second for each move consistently. I call him out in the chat telling home he is cheating. Immediately the moves are made slower. COINCIDENCE??? I grimace clicking the resign butting but to my disbelief, I queue the exact same guy and a random pairing and lose a further 11 elo (because I couldn’t abort but still this guy was cheating nonetheless). He wasn’t using a max strength bot but it was enough to make him win a minor piece and the game. I have looked at his account and he has lost a total of 3 GAMES out of 75 for blitz. If this doesn’t scream cheating then I don’t know what does. A fresh account almost designed for cheating. The account name is [public accusations not allowed -- MS] and please be careful if you queue them. I hope this guy can be banned and hopefully I can receive the Elo that was and should be mine.
