losing at chess.

I have been working at being a better loser at the game. How many of you get mad at yourself when you throw your own game or blunder? This is something that turned a game I love into a toxic soup of constant impending doom. How do you cope with the losing in chess snd find peace with your inability to be a world class chess player?

I literally get shaking mad at myself. I break things, I scream at myself calling myself all sorts of things. Just a thought on my frustrations with it.

Whenever you lose a game, stop playing and analyse it first so as to channel the negative emotions of the loss towards a positive goal: improving.
