losing games to my own bad play

glad to see light-hearted fun instead of meaningful hate between players -- remember its only a game ,with or with out boots on -- is that rubber , cowboy boots or wellies,you speak of ?

I don't wear any kind of boots, I've been wondering if I've been playing chess wrong all of this time.

makes me think the same thing - I do on occasion when outside have rubber boots on when I play chess between fixing my garden boxes-- do I win more with them on or off I have to see my stats

since i do so poorly at chess I thought I would try another game to see if I could get any better at another game well one week of playing go over 110 games - watching videos and looking at books and I have yet to win a game or even come close --- just the same as chess - at least at chess te forums are much more interactive -- there at go .com they are a complete bunch of snobs no help no advice don't even acknowledged you are in their forums they just talk to themselves and the teaching system there is terrible compared to chess .com - they don't have a good way to teach that's for sure -- maybe they don't want others to know I don't know not very friendly that's for sure

but I will keep it up for a little while --see what happens here I have stabilized around 350 in my 3 day games -- so that's ok -- well back to staying out of this heat we have

well well wonders will never cease - I won my first legit game - all these months and finally a game I won after 50 moves -- well I think I will take the rest of the day off

thing aren'ttoo bad i have about 10 games now over 30 moves also when I lose my queen now I carry on to see if I can reach 30 moves anyways - that has helped also get to the plus 30 moves goals but just a little Monday morning onward and upward

one of those days where the cup is half empty and or half full- things went right, things went wrong- but I am at 362 for three day games - so holding my own so to speak I guess --- please stay cool today and tonight it going to be hot even for my area

kind of happy with my play today over the 43 games I played lost a couple but most of all the games are over 30 moves so that's to me is progress - very small mind you but at least some hope left in this old dog

score is 379 so that's ok also - hope tomorrow goes at least as well with my games

a old dog is not bad thing to be most of the time -- sometimes it gets in the way of improvement or change that's for sure - today is going about the same as yesterday so far no losses but the day is still early
