Low rating of individual puzzles

I just hit puzzle rating of 2700. When I open up the stats I can see that the puzzles I get are around 800-1700 rating. Why are they so low. When I had lower puzzle rating I used to get harder puzzles peaking to higher ratings than now. Why? All it does to me is +5 and -30. Eventho I sometimes solve the puzzle faster than the target time I dont get more than +6... Anyone with the same problem?
