I can get the audio if I play the video, get nothing if I play just the audio feed.
Still can't see the dang board! Frustrating!
Chess.com server appears to have failed
This sucks! I cannot watch the video without missing out on the voting. I have to refresh my page after many votes or the screen does not refresh. Now I cannot get any of the commentary (even just listening to audio). Dang it!

Well, for being the first time doing this, bugs are to be expected. This just means that Chess.com has to organize another one of these real quick. The audio commentary is great- makes me feel like I am watching the Superbowl. Where did those chips and guacamole go?

I totally agree with you, a 10 minute pause is completely understandable (and at this point desirable when pitted against no commentary the rest of the game. GM Kasparov's commentary has got to be the best part of the event, at least for me)
Prediction? Total failure of the software.
