It retains its regular bishop move, the only difference is if it suddenly finds itself on a white square, thats ok since its a white squared bishop. No fair saying "hey, you cheated!"

What if there were a rule that nobody could check my king. Not your king, just mine. Then, and only then, I might have a chance to make grand master. Ok, maybe just master.
On a side note, I'm not sure I Iike the idea of the queen capturing the knight and producing some sore of transsexual horse monarch thing. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
You could randomly select a person at a tournament and for the rest of the tournament he has the following advantage: He wins every game.
You can move your pawn 3 sqaures unless the opponent says "Bugschmat".

in the game u have a chance to switch any two peices., so it is possible for u 2 switch kings ad gain a matye.
Every ten minutes players must switch sides.
You can sacrifice 3 pawns for a knight, or bishop, 5 pawns for a rook, and all 8 for a queen

As far as how strategy is changed (or I should say erased from the game) there's no difference between making it every 10 minutes and every 10 seconds actually. The winner would be nearly random.
Everytime you make a move, you immediatly switch sides.
switching sides after your move - I like that a lot.
But what square does it move to now as a white bishop?
