Making Themes and Avatars

Who here is good at making themes and avatars? I need an admin that can manage this area in my group. Anyone up for it?

Hi all, 

For some reason, my pc won't go further than page 100 in the "themes" listed.  I used a theme last month that I really liked and would like again, titled " Rain and wind"..or maybe "Wind and Rain".  Yes, I have already typed it in the theme search, with no luck.

Could  someone  kindly look for me and maybe send me the link to that theme, if there is one?
