master vs. many votechess debacles...what to do?

Anyone that have been participating in the master vs. many votechess games lately knows that these games are being bungled badly. 

Chess.com should institute a new rule.  A new variant of votechess.  Call it Survivor Votechess or something...

Everybody that votes for a move other than the winning move is kicked off the team every move.  This would winnow down the team to people that will pay attention and reach a consensus very quickly, and if drive-by voters ruin a game with a bad move winning the vote, all the good players will be kicked off the team and not be tempted to waste their time trying the right the ship ;).  Then the bad teams will lose much faster and new games will be started.  People will learn their lessons faster.  Everybody wins.

Added benefit:  the dweebs that think they are funny always voting for resign every move will be kicked on move 1 and you will not see them again ;).
