Lately there has been a lot of people posting about, and complaining that their opponents won't do a rematch.
Traditionally, unless a player agree in advance to play more than a single game, they play an opponent once.
Perhaps chess.com could create a matches option, where a player can request an open invite for another player to play more than one game. Not to force any player to play more than a single game, but just to pair players that are at least willing to consider playing at least 2 games. I wouldn't go so far as to even give an option for the number of games, but just a flag that a player is looking for an opponent that will consider playing more than a single game.
