Mate Records

In another thread I was trying to find the fastest copycat mate, and I thought I would move that here and see what other cool mate records anyone has. Anyways, here are some random ideas and the best I could come up with for them:

Fastest copycat mate: 7 moves

Fastest mate with a pawn: 4 moves

Fastest smother mate: 3 moves

Technical definition: King is fully surrounded by his own pieces and mated by a knight.

Fastest mate with a bishop: 3 moves

Fastest back rank mate: 4 moves

Technical definition: King is on either the 1st or 8th rank and is blocked from the 7th rank by his own pieces, then mated by a heavy piece.

Fastest rook mate: 5 moves
