Due to my horrid success with e4, I've been trying out c4 and nf3. But both the Zukertort and English have been middling at best. Any like- NOT e4 openings I can try that are generally combative and don't lead to long, drawn-out games?

What e4 openings have you tried? I recommend the Scotch it's awesome!
