Hi,

I like to cancel my annual membership which would renew in March 2025 now.

Will the membership which I paid for still be valid until next year or will it be terminated immediately? If it will be terminated now, when is the last day to cancel before automatic renewal?

I when you cancel renewal, the current membership will stay active.

I like to cancel my platinum membership. I paid platinum membership last week but error occurred and I can't login as member. Money deducted from my account.

You'll need to contact support using the option in the Help menu.
