and if Nakamura seems to strait to play such tricks- most people are quite sure that the ruskies are already cheating on most olympic sports- why wouldn't they do so on Russians absolutely fav sport- chess??
NO. imho. this all but proves there's no drug that can make the difference and no genuine hormonal cause. Scientists will argue this to death- but at least they will do so with FACTS and genuine science.
here on the forums its all just a pointless,endless boys versus girls argument.

Scientists are exactly the right people to debunk an incorrect theory or confirm it's plausability. I will be first to agree that sentiment and God knows I have made it easy for anyone to debunk me if I'm wrong here.
I could not have made a more glib statement and the implications are broad and sweeping.
That is the goal in a theoretical debate: If we are wishing to expound on what is unknown to us then it IS prudent start with a hypothesis.
Only ideas can be tested against scientific method. To prove or disprove by formulating
mathematical benchmarks, and then analyzing the comparative data is what most scientists are good at, not brainstorming ideas that they may later be in a position to disprove.
You have stated "this all but proves there's no drug that can make the difference and no genuine hormonal cause." Well it may interest you to know that in-fact nearly every stimulant known to mankind has been outlaweid by every governing body in the world of chess.
In fact Magnus Carlsen himself expressed his own opinion (60 minutes 'The Mozart of Chess') that any stimulant strong enough to help a child overcome ADD would give enormous advantage to any competitor while playing tournament chess.
Yes testosterone IS like a performance enhancing psychotropic drug that cascades in the user just like cocaine or adderall.
I will hold my ground here sinse it's going to be easier to defend than what ever crappy position you find yourself presently conformed to.

No I was too defensive and my tongue got the better of me. I retract all remarks directed at you and I apologize. I was kinda being a jerk at the end there, and even before that I didnt need to come off sounding so chauvanistic.
I like it when a woman plays chess,,,that is at least one thing you can beat them...
