I recommend counting the bricks every day. You never know, the number might change!

He is in England. It's very possible someone may take a couple of bricks in order to prop up his car while they steal his wheels Tongue Out

"Chess makes you see too much"  is the best part of your comment I think .Thank you!

The " Rain Man" Bobby, had a form of Autism Specter Disorders also known as Savantism. Brain's neuronal wiring is defective, but the compensation for him was this uncanny ability to be aible to perform enormous number of calculations which are needed for his stile of the play. He also dispalaye symptoms of a person suffering from paranoid delusional complex, which constitute mental illness. He was akin to another " cousin" of his the so called uni bomber, but as opposed to him, he never was physically violent. Killing his opponents on a chess board, was his way to express his homicidal mind.

lol. Never been that far north in Britain. Keep meaning to go. Perhaps when global warming actually warms things up...

It is a bit weird up this way.

On the bright side, when global warming kicks in we'll get the chance to use our webbed feet.

I'm not a psychiatrist, but I can figure out pretty quickly when someone who wanders into the chess club is a nutcase.

I'm not sure of problems of a chess player, but the true good chess player does have mental powers!

TMtinymaster

Agree

winerkleiner

It was a compliment to chess players.

Yeah sort of...but I am not going to assume that just everyone is a chess player. Just people who annoy me. For example if a person steals something valuable then whatever...but if he steals it again and again then well yeah he's an opponent. The world is dark alright, but I choose to ignore the world and focus on chess and my chess opponents. My opponents though in this scenario are White meaning that they moved first.

Well, I disagree. After playing a couple of chess games aggainst a good player I feel so refreshed tat I can go on for two days without sleep... ;)

On a serious note, I never faces such issues. On the other hand, my concentration level increses after playing chess.

DrSpudnik

After a tournament, I find it difficult to drive due to the overactivity of the visualization parts of my brain.

greenfreeze

winerkleiner
