happened to me a lot but you just have to get over it. And mine was against far higher rated players than I.
As Eventhorizon said you just have to be more careful. I dont think a 1sec takeback move is in the right direction. If this happens to you, just take it as a reminder not to be sloppy even against lower rated players.

I didn't made a mistake - My mouse is just a bad one, so I wasn't able to hold the piece for the all the move, and in the middle of the way it left it.
its happend to me many time. only once my oppent offer me draw.
I had three games right now against the same opponent, in two of them i lost simply because I missclicked with my queen - not so nice. He didn't want to accept draw, which will anyway give him some points (as im rated higher then him.), and I just trolled the game to the end, without any option to get back. in the third game I won him easily, so I know I was able to win those games, and losed only because of those missclicks.
I think there shall be option to get back in one sec, atleast if the opponent did nothing after it.
