Hello all! I have a problem sometimes with missing/blundering when it comes to making the best possible move against my opponent. Last game I played I could of done a knight-queen fork as well as a one move mate with my bishop and rook if I had only made the right move (I eventually did mate my opponent but it was 10 moves later). What's the best way to make sure you always make the best possible move under time control? I do tactics problems, but it's really hard to see when a tactic is available in a game or not.
I really really messed up on that game (and many others). Thank you for taking the time to annotate what I did wrong with moving my pieces too many times and blundering. It's really embarrassing, but I'm going to save this comment to look at later for reference
