mistakes by low rated players

I have seen many videos books and lessons by chess mentor and players watch all that but still many players dont increase their range of play someone please tell why it happens is it the materials dont teach properly or players dont use what they have learned???????

One thing I think is old habits are guard to break.

In Germany there is a grape varietal called "Trollinger". Much of it is lousy sour stuff.

Players don't usually use what they ahve learned, i mean, the most important lesson to me is "use your time wisely" yet i keep making hasty moves, i keep making the same mistake all over again. I see a good move and i don't look for a better one, usually oversighting good tactics, checks capture and threats.

Just because you have a personal gym at home doesn't mean you suddenly have a high fitness level. You still have to work out.
