Mobile Online Chess weaker than PC?

I was wondering if anyone ever noticed this too. On mobile, I almost always beat anyone under 2000 with easy even despite my blunders and can go head to head with 2200+ players. Yet on PC, 1900 is where I feel good pressure. I guess it is because the fact that chess ratings are solely based on your peers' abilities that this disparity can exist between mobile ratings and PC ratings. And the fact the mobile people are more preoccupied when playing chess. Just an observation.
