That is the only logical conclusion, because clearly, chess.com is not interested in shutting down the truly invasive cheating going on. My best guess is 30-35%. There is a complete absence of integrity among the admins.
No, I will not renew until I am presented with observeable proof that the cheating is actually being addressed, but I won't hold my breath on that.
