Chess Master vs. Chess Amateur by Max Euwe. An interesting book showing how strong players explore the mistakes by weak opponents.

'Play Like a Grandmaster' by Kotov. IMO, better than the original 'Think Like a Grandmaster' because the chapters are organised more logically.
