First I already paid for all access gold a week ago but I'm still playing with ads and basic access,plus I can't even play because the pieces on the board are green arrows and slashes,!,!,!,can someone tell me what's up with that ?

No,I was not getting slashes with free member ship before,and I'm still on free membership status even though I paid for upgrade a week ago,got 40ready games can't tell pieces apart ,can't play ,plus I've sent 2 messages to customer support who have not responded,,,,,,,,,

I can only play on the chess.com app. On computer it's green arrows and slashes ,impossible to tell pieces apart,
