These problems tend to be with the local provider. There are some settings you can change which might help; access them with the link too "Connection Settings" located in the chat box, lower right of the Live chess screen.

I am a good chess player. The poor network connection concerns me maybe its my gadget or maybe its my network service provider I don't know. Cam chess.com please do something about the poor network connection.i love chess and would like to get more involved.
