My Dinner With Brazil part 2

Comparing Karpov& Korchnoi Brazil told me that Korchnoi was a very friendly accessible gregarious amiable fellow. If Korchnoi took a liking to you he embraced you as a friend immediately. He was an extroverted people guy. Korchnoi would play chess with you as a friend anywhere & anytime, in a park, hallway, train station etc.  On the other hand Karpov was a solitary polite & reclusive fellow. You never felt like you had reached Karpov as a friend because he allowed only polite yet superficial contact. Brazil often draws vivid comparisons between Korchnoi & Karpov. Korchnoi all sunshine & roses & Karpov all cloak & dagger & an icey exterior. Naturally I've developed a liking for the thought of Korchnoi thanks to Brazil's first hand description of him.
