My Journey To 1000 ELO

I am currently at 648 ELO. I need to climb 352 ELO to get to my goal. I will post all of my games here until I hit 1000 ELO, in the analysis section. 

Also, if anyone above 1000 wants to help me with my journey, I would appreciate that.

try playing longer games ull learn better moves which u could integrate in lesser time controls

I had a couple blunders, but in the end I got my first ever knight checkmate.

I had to resign early to take a shower.

I just got accused of using cheats for the first time during a game. That's messed up that people can get mad at an intuitive player whose playing lights out and accuse me of cheating just because I mode them feel bad. That's exactly why I've always refused to play chess locked up. People get mad to easy and I just end up feeling worse in the end.

Drac_1123 that's a compliment! If someone thinks that you're cheating, it means you're playing very good for your ELO.

If you're getting better get used to it. People accuse others of cheating all the time because they literally cannot emotionally handle the fact that they are capable of making mistakes.

I saw my opponent wasn't playing skillfully, so I went for the mate (I forgor what type of mate this is) and it worked.

1000 is easy, you should aim for higher like 2000!

absolutely dominated my opponent this game, almost got to 200 elo in one game!

I also watched some opening videos and I chose the London with White and the Kings-Indian with black.

u should really try vienna gambit for white, its amazing , its like delayed kings gambit but a lot lot better , theres a gothamchess video on it , and i've played like 500 games with it but only a handful of my opponents knew what to play against it

You could have gotten an earlier checkmate on move 33 by moving your queen to a6 or b6.

You won anyway, but as your rating goes up and you play stronger players you will often forever lose a checkmate opportunity if you don't use it immediately.
