My Learning Block Has Returned!

Well if you dont know, i had a peak in my skill increase some months ago "at aroun 800ish.(USCF). Now up until now i have had another good climb in skill but it is has seemed to peak again, but this time i cant get it to budge past 1100. what should i do to get through this learning block?
