IMHO…. Your design is very nice. The fact that the heights or embellishments aren’t what some find alluring is precisely what helps its uniqueness. Well done! I rather like the sleekness of the knight. I typically like a good slope from the Kings finial to the Rook overall, but your design catches my eye. Again, well done!
My Newest Chess Design (3D)

Thank you for the descriptive encouragement, Wits-end.
Yes, the Rook height very likely caught most by surprise; usually, or almost always, modern Rooks are the same height or slightly shorter than the Knight, in order to have a hyperbolic curve amoung the back row of pieces. The curve I have here instead goes upwards sharply at the end, due to the Rook's taller-than-'normal' height. I just hope people don't find that too much trouble.

Well thought out, I would add. You might consider moving this to the Chess Books and Equipment section. You will get input from a lot of collectors as well, I’m guessing. I’m not up on the art of 3D, but very nice work!

Thanks again, @Wits-End.
Once I have my design manufactured, I would indeed kindly like to bring it up (without advertisement) in the Books and Equipment forum.

Minor little update: I have contacted my wood-working associate, who has approved the design. (Our business relation goes back many years. )
Pieces are now on cue to be created into samples. Soon, whole sets and board will be created.

Aww, thank you guys. Really appreciate it.
What did you guys like about my design? Anything in particular? Give me some feedback.

Haha Thanks.
However, I meant the shape and figures of the pieces.
(The metal look is merely the coloration from the 3D preview; the actual product will not look like that. It will look like metal. )

Thank you, @COOKIESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS.
The pieces are being currently made into sample pieces right now.
Thank you, @LOLXDBUTTER.
