Need some help for lichess

I know of an account on li chess which has been cheating for a long time (the account is from 2018) and that simply doesn't get banned (even though if you take a look at some of the games, particularly in the arenas, it is very obvious).

Still, the main reason I know this account has been cheating is that the person bragged to me about it and how he found out ways to avoid being caught. And I know of some friends who have already reported the account months ago.

I honestly have no hope that anything will be done about it. But is perhaps someone with the skills would like to take a look at the account to understand how someone can circumvent the fair play and give this info to the fair play team so that they improve? The reason that I com here on c.c. to talk about it is that it's impossible to talk about uncaught cheaters on lichess or even hint that their system might have flaws...
