need tip about mental and tilt cause bad opponent behavior

You are saying very strange things. Resigning in a clearly losing position is not only a demonstration of respect to the opponent's skill,  time and mental resources, but also respecting and saving your own time and resources. If you dream of games that will only end in mates, you need to review your expectations, or you will tilt forever. 

It really seems that some people cause their own frustration... no one can force you to play a completely lost position and bully you. Just resign, study the game a bit and move on to the next one.

You are right about anger issues, but again, tell me why opponent didn't checkmated me normally (yes you don't have the game) when he promotes, first in knight then proceed to get it in 1st rank, then promote a bishop and do the same, and he was continuing until he had probably all the piece he wanted, he extend the game just to humiliate me and i know it cause i speak to him after i realize he just didn't wanted play for the game but play for the opponent.
I played an unranked to test something new, to train, i wanted to train an opening with white,
but people i playing resigned after few move, then i get this guy, and i get black.
My though process was: hmm, bad i can't play white but i can train with black vs a good opponent, then i blunder so hard and tested bad line and was i deserve... to get humiliated because i didn't play good ?????

You blundered a whole piece then your queen and chose to play on, I don't fault the guy for playing around with you since if you don't resign that's on you. You are disrespecting your opponent yourself thinking that he can't win with an insane amount of material with most of his time left in a rapid game. 

It's an unranked game, you blundered a piece and a pawn... why waste time playing on? Baffling.

Why are you getting so mad? You've been arguing in the comments about something that's not a big deal. It wasn't even rated. You say he "humiliated" you. He just did a little trolling, that's it. You said you spoke to him afterward too. Why are you taking some guy trolling so seriously man. I'm not trying to be rude, but this just isn't that big a deal. I've had worse done to me and just laugh it off, just a game my guy.

XDDDDDDDDD, you guys are stupid, you think it's just about this game and nothing else, but wtf, I tell you i get hyper frustrated after this game, because it was an UNRANKED game and didn't expect it was turning like this, but you didn't seem understand the whole point.
This kind of situation can happen outside of chess, and for me i get hyper frustrated when i get humiliated like that, cause the game at the end one just about this point, and you think it was just a troll, i'm think i was naive but at this point, it's just absurd.

Dude, these answers have nothing to do with other's perception of your skill or intellectual abilities. This guy's stalling is mean somewhat, but it was you to allow to do this to yourself. If you are in a situation where you are being bullied/abused/having bad time, and it's in your full power to quit this situation, just quit it.

Yeah, one time me and one of my friends were doing XXL chess... It was obvious I was winning so I took all of his pieces, promoted almost all my pawns to queens. He doesn't care, we both had a lot of fun doing that. If chess isn't making you have fun, then stop, take a break. It's not about rating, it's about enjoyment. A higher rating allows for more enjoyment.
