I click on the "? "in the low left corner and nothing happens. So how do I contact support?

You need to go to settings and go the account category and click on help. they usually never do anything since there is so much but that is how u do it

I clicked the cog in the lower corner and selected "All settings." Is that right? If so , where is the account category?
