Yeah, I lost connection yesterday in a game for no apparent reason. My Wi-Fi was booming, so I don’t even know how it happened.

Soo frustrating I lost over 15+ games with good advantage due to poor network I always want to play more to recover my losses but it gets worse💔

yes bro its okay to lose playing right? defeat is part of the game, but its so frustrating when you lose without giving your best shot haha. may a little compensation only to those who got defeated by poor internet connection right?

Your connection, your responsibility. It's also frustrating waiting and waiting for people to reconnect.

bro it's not that i am referring to the stability of the internet connection, why i am saying is that maybe just a little compensation for the players who losses because of poor connection. for example, instead of minus 8 maybe just lowered half of it to compensate the players that's losing to poor connection, that's it bro. But it's true that the connection of the players is their responsibility im agree on that.

My intention was to be helpul... I'm in the habit of doing that. I didn't suggest they didn't have the right to say what they thought.

If you over-moderate your threads, by the way, a lot of players will take note and just avoid them.

My wi-fi is 1 gigabit, but it chess.com still lags for some reason, I have probably lost like 200 rating points, but like I don't really care, chess.com is still awesome.

I have hi speed fibre optics internet - likely the most reliable in the world. And only on Chess.com do I randomly get disconnected. Why does this happen only with Chess.com? It just happened twice in a 1/2hr and lost 2 games because of it. In both cases I was winning. Just saying.

If everyone is having problems, sure, it's a server- side issue. Otherwise it's not even a possibility, whatever you say about your internet service. They don't have different signal strengths for different users. Just sayin'.

Test your ping. If it's over 100ms, you're likely to have problems with short time controls... switch to 10/0 or longer.
